• Temporary Measure Nº 2.186-16, of 23/08/2001, governing Access to genetic resources and traditional knowledge of these; and
• Interministerial Policy Paper N.00017/MDIC/MF, 31/3/2004, which institutes the Government Polícy for Industry, Tecnology and Overseas Trade (PITCE/MDIC).
