NATURE AND FORMAT OF THE SEMINARS
In spite of these events having a technical and scientific base, they do not have any academic purpose. They are an exercise in reflection on their scope, and must be committed to sustaining productive dynamics or concrete public policies.

From this angle, every seminar must lead to objective, feasible contributions which are able to be of social use by public or private entities. It is hoped that this will help overcome the common practice of making speeches about issues that are to be discussed without resulting in any useful leads for real improvements to the dynamics involved.
