REGISTRATION AND PUBLICITY
All exhibitions, texts, debates, reports, recommendations and similar documents will be published in the form of indexed Annals, produced in accordance with the usual bibliographic standards. These will include the academic credentials of the institutions and people involved in the event’s authorship, organization or any other relevant role.

As well as the printed Annals, versions in CD and accessible online from the IV FIAM website (seminars link) will be available. These will also include the visual material used in the exhibition. In principle, all this material is publicly-owned and can be freely used or copied, as long, obviously, as the source is referenced.
